Derika must not be used for activity that violates the law, the rights of others or network security.
- Malware, phishing and credential theft
- DDoS, unauthorized attacks, scanning or intrusion
- Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging
- Child sexual abuse material
- Data theft, fraud and impersonation
- Systematic copyright or rights infringement
How reports are reviewed
We review the subject of the complaint, available evidence and its connection to a specific service. Where possible, the customer receives notice and time to explain or correct the issue.
Immediate restriction may occur when there is evident harm, an active attack, a competent authority request or a risk to infrastructure.
Repeated violations
Repeated, deliberate or unresolved violations may result in suspension or termination without preserving harmful content.
