DERIKA / ACCEPTABLE USE

Abuseproof does not mean rule-free.

Derika protects customers from automatic suspension based on unverified reports, but does not provide infrastructure for unlawful or harmful activity.

01

Prohibited use

Derika must not be used for activity that violates the law, the rights of others or network security.

  • Malware, phishing and credential theft
  • DDoS, unauthorized attacks, scanning or intrusion
  • Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Child sexual abuse material
  • Data theft, fraud and impersonation
  • Systematic copyright or rights infringement
02

How reports are reviewed

We review the subject of the complaint, available evidence and its connection to a specific service. Where possible, the customer receives notice and time to explain or correct the issue.

Immediate restriction may occur when there is evident harm, an active attack, a competent authority request or a risk to infrastructure.

03

Repeated violations

Repeated, deliberate or unresolved violations may result in suspension or termination without preserving harmful content.

04
