How do I order a VPS?

Create an account, choose a plan and place the order. After payment, add the transaction hash in your client panel.

How does payment work?

Payment is accepted in USDT. The network and payment details are shown during the process or provided by the administrator. Always verify the address before sending funds.

When will I receive the server?

After the payment is manually reviewed, an administrator prepares the VPS. The IP and login details then appear in your panel.

Where are access details stored?

+

The IP, username, SSH port and password are available only in the protected client panel. You can reveal and copy the password after signing in.

How do I renew or reinstall a VPS?

Create a ticket, select the specific service and choose the required action. For renewal, select the period; for reinstall, specify the operating system.

How do I contact support?

Active customers should use tickets in the client panel. General questions can be sent to derikahost@gmail.com.
